What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

For orders below $30 there is a flat rate for shipping and handling of $4,95, taxes are inclusive in all products.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

The payment options that we accept are the following:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express)
  • Debit Cards
  • PayPal

At this time, we do not accept purchase orders, cash, check or money orders, nor do we offer any sort of layaway or COD service.

How long will delivery take?

This is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country, it may take anywhere from 14 – 30 days on average. Below are the most typical time frames for your region.

USA: Between 12 – 20 days average

Canada: Between 12 – 30 days average

Australia: Between 12 – 30 days average

Europe: Between 12 – 20 days average

Worldwide: Between 12 – 30 days average

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We use encrypted SSL security to ensure that your credit card information is 100% protected.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Your order will be processed between 24 to 48 hours “business days”, product will be shipped right after that.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

As you soon as you complete your order you’ll receive to your email address an invoice order of the item or items ordered previously.

When can I expect tracking information? where can I get that?

As soon as the shipping carriers update their system (several days may pass before tracking is provided and that takes time to update itself as well). Unfortunately not all of our global suppliers provide tracking numbers (most do) but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Returns and Refunds

Our returns policy has a duration of 30 days. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, to be eligible for a return/refund the item must be unused and under the same conditions, you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

  • The item will be exchanged or money will be refunded after examination of the package and products(s) returned.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your return purchase to the manufacturer.
